An honest second opinion
Austin cannot guarantee that something is safe. When we’re uncertain, we’ll tell you. During a future beta, high-risk cases may be reviewed by a person with appropriate consent and disclosure before content is shared. This review service is not implemented in the waitlist.
Waitlist safeguards
Email verification is required before referrals count. Private sign-in links expire and can be used once. We rate-limit sensitive actions and restrict the admin area. Production signup requires a bot check. No certifications or independent security audit are claimed.
Reporting a concern
A monitored security contact and disclosure process must be published before launch. Do not submit sensitive information through the waitlist form.
Operational review required
Before launch, verify production access controls, backups, incident response, vendor configuration, rate-limit proxy settings, data deletion and a monitored security contact. Future message processing requires a separate privacy and security design review.
